Troy Jackson is the presumptive Democratic nominee after securing majority delegate support over July 19–20 (rivals Bellows, Shah, and Wood dropped out and endorsed him); formal Bangor convention vote July 25, certification due July 27. Incumbent Susan Collins (R) seeks a sixth term.
